T\u00e9cnica de Seguridad en Edi\ufb01caciones-), SOLSEM SAC, apoya y desarrolla, entre otros servicios, los siguientes:<\/p><ul><li>Inspecci\u00f3n preliminar de seguridad para identi\ufb01car riesgos, incumplimientos, de\ufb01ciencias y proponer las recomendaciones pertinentes.<\/li><li>Asesoramiento en las subsanaciones o implementaci\u00f3n de las recomendaciones.<\/li><li>Estudio de Riesgo de Incendio.<\/li><li>Elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan de Seguridad.<\/li><li>Planos de evacuaci\u00f3n y de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y de equipos contra incendio.<\/li><li>Aforo del local.<\/li><li>Elaboraci\u00f3n de los planos de ubicaci\u00f3n de tableros el\u00e9ctricos, diagramas uni\ufb01lares y cuadros de carga.<\/li><li>Elaboraci\u00f3n de la memoria descriptiva de extintores.<\/li><li>Capacitaci\u00f3n del personal, de acuerdo a las exigencias normativas.<\/li><li>Elaboraci\u00f3n del expediente para presentarlo a la municipalidad a \ufb01n de solicitar la inspecci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Acompa\u00f1amiento en la inspecci\u00f3n ITSE, subsanaci\u00f3n de observaciones y acompa\u00f1amiento en la visita de subsanaci\u00f3n de observaciones.<\/li><li>Obtenci\u00f3n del certi\ufb01cado.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16d6b61 elementor-widget
